HEART ATTACK is also called myocardial infractions ,  the blood supply that normally nourishes the heart with Mr oxygen is cut off and heart muscles begins to die. Its common in USA.



Warning Signs

  5. fatigue
  6. trouble in breathing


Risk Factors 


  • age :if you are over 65 years your risk for heart attack is more . so stay heathy

  • Sex: men are more at risk than women.👉👩👫 lucky women .

  • Family History: if your family have any records of high blood pressur , obesity or diabetes then you are more at risk. 👉stay heathy or blame your family chart👈

  • Race: people of african descent have a high risk.


Diagnosis: 

    1.ECG   2.angioplasty   3.stent   4.heart bypass surgery,  5.heart valve surgery,  6.pacemaker,  7.heart transplant.

  TYPE A HEPATITIS Type A Hepatitis(infectious hepatitis) is a subacute disease of global distribution effecting mainly children and young adults. CLINICAL FEATURES  : The large majority of infections are asymptomatic. Overt illness is seen in only about 5% . Incubation period is about 2-6 weeks. clinical disease consists of two stages: prodromal or preicteric icteric onset may be acute or insidious, with fever,malaise,anorexia,nausea,vomiting,and liver tenderness.Recovery is slow, over a periode of 4-6weeks. Very rarely a rapidly fatal fulminant hepatitis may occur. Mortality is low 0.1-1% with most of the deaths occurs in adults.
